The "FM514VZ/FM514CZ" is a lightweight screw tightening unit that enables mounting on compact vertical multi-joint robots. Compared to our existing product "FM513VZ," it has approximately 70% of the mass, and through weight reduction and downsizing of the mounted robot, a CO2 reduction of about 23% is expected (according to our internal estimates). Additionally, it adopts a screw feeding mechanism and allows for the adjustment of tightening force according to the screw tightening process.
