On-site problem solving! We accept small lot orders for cutting adhesive paper with complex shapes.
Small lot orders are possible in the size of 200mm x 300mm! It is also possible to deliver different types of products on a single sheet, allowing for cost reduction.
The adhesive paper used for bonding and assembling parts needs to be cut to match the parts, but for small lots, it is often processed on-site. However, depending on the shape of the parts, it can be difficult to process circular or curved shapes manually, which may lead to time loss and waste of adhesive paper. Our company's adhesive paper complex shape cutting technology was developed through the actual processing of adhesive paper used in-house. Compared to manual cutting, we have significantly reduced time and waste, which has alleviated the workload on-site. Additionally, depending on the quantity of assembled products, there are often cases where small lots of various types of adhesive paper are needed rather than large quantities. Our company can accommodate mixing different types of adhesive paper within a 200mm x 300mm area. This helps to reduce the workload on-site.
