basic information
■Details of Processing Technology This surface treatment overcomes the major drawback of fluoropolymer coatings, which is their low wear resistance. It involves mixing finely powdered ceramic with fluoropolymer for coating. While standard fluoropolymer coatings have a pencil hardness of around F to H, this treatment achieves a high hardness film of 6H to 9H, providing 3 to 5 times greater wear resistance. ■Available Sizes 2000×2000×4000mm ■Processing Temperature 380℃ ■Base Material Follows the specifications for fluoropolymer coatings. Can be applied to materials such as iron, stainless steel, and aluminum. ■Cautions (Drawbacks due to Processing, etc.) Since blasting and firing are performed as part of the surface preparation, there is a possibility of warping or distortion in base materials with a thickness of 3mm or less. Stainless steel may discolor (oxidation yellowing) on untreated surfaces. ■Delivery Time (Varies by Quantity and Size) Approximately 10 days.
