Ceramic coating (slip resistance, non-stick properties, wear resistance, heat resistance, thermal conductivity, chemical resistance, water repellency, re-coating)
■Outstanding Features The greatest feature is the combination of excellent sliding properties, non-stickiness, and wear resistance. It also excels in heat resistance and thermal conductivity compared to fluororesin. Chemical resistance and water repellency are comparable to fluororesin. It can be recoated. Additionally, the substrate coated with fluororesin can be peeled off and replaced (however, if a thick film PFA or similar has been treated, it may not be peelable, so please consult us). ○Heat Resistance With a heat resistance temperature of 450°C, it can be used for high-temperature manufactured products such as pizza. ○Non-Stickiness When baked in a mold for sweets, it does not stick, allowing for beautifully shaped baked goods. ○Thermal Conductivity When baked in a takoyaki mold, its excellent thermal conductivity reduces cooking time.

basic information
■Details of Processing Technology The coating is made from fine ceramics without organic materials as raw materials. It does not contain PTFE, PFOA, or VOCs, and its main component is silicon (silica Si). With a pencil hardness of 9H, it has excellent wear resistance and a high heat resistance temperature of 450°C for standard grades, making it usable in environments where fluororesin coatings do not hold up. It complies with food sanitation laws and does not emit harmful gases, ensuring high safety. The standard grade is electrically insulating, but we also offer an antistatic grade (surface resistance value of 10^6 to 10^7Ω). Colors available include black and white (depending on some grades). We also propose it as a decorative coating. ■Available Processing Sizes We can generally accommodate sizes up to 2000×2000. However, due to the shape and other factors, please consult us separately for long or large items. ■Processable Weight 2t ■Processing Temperature 280°C to 320°C ■Base Material It can be processed on most metal materials. ■Cautions (Defects Due to Processing, etc.) Chemical resistance is similar to that of fluororesin coatings, but it is inferior to alkalis. The film thickness is only available in standard thickness (10 to 40μm) finish.
