■Outstanding Features We use fine ceramics with a very dense structure for the inner pipe material, which provides excellent wear resistance. Compared to plating or thermal spraying, it has a thicker wall (5mm to 15mm) and boasts a very long lifespan. The ceramic sleeve is also shaped and fired to match the curvature of the bend pipe. There are almost no seams or steps, allowing for smooth transport without causing turbulence. There is no concern about flaking, which is a worry with chip lining.

■Details of Processing Technology This is a ceramic double pipe where a fired ceramic sleeve is inserted into the piping and fixed with a special non-shrink mortar (serving as both a cushion and adhesive). It demonstrates excellent performance as a wear-resistant measure for the inner surface of pipes, such as in the bend piping of bulk material conveying lines. It shows overwhelming wear resistance and chemical resistance compared to basalt (melt-cast products made from basalt) and high-chromium cast iron. As for the material of the ceramic inner pipe, in addition to the standard specification of 92% alumina, options include 99% alumina, alumina-zirconia, and for silicon nitride intermediates, non-shrink mortar for room temperature (up to 250°C) and high-temperature non-shrink mortar (up to 750°C) are available. Ceramic paper (up to 1000°C) can also be used. The outer pipe can be combined with standard SGP pipes, stainless steel pipes, heat-resistant steel pipes, or FRP (lightweight + chemical-resistant specifications; in the case of FRP, it is directly laminated and molded onto the ceramic sleeve). In addition to straight pipes and bend pipes, 90° elbows, 45° elbows, T-pipes, Y-pipes, and reducers can also be manufactured. ■Delivery Time (varies by quantity and size) 1 to 3 months.
