■Details of Processing Technology This is a technique for coloring by allowing dye to penetrate the pores formed in the anodized (anodic oxidation) coating. It is used for decorative parts and similar applications. While processing with standard anodizing is mainstream, there is also a technique for coloring hard anodizing (Tough Color-30). Anodizing that is not colored (silver) is sometimes referred to as white anodizing. *Note: Tough Color-30 is a patented technology of Sanwa Plating Industry Co., Ltd. ■Available Sizes 700×700×4000 mm ■Processing Temperature It varies depending on the chemical solution used, but 0 to 25°C is typical. ■Base Material A1000 to 7000 series aluminum alloys ■Cautions (Defects due to Processing, etc.) Specifications colored with standard anodizing may fade depending on usage conditions. In particular, black may fade due to heat or ultraviolet light exposure. Various colors such as red, blue, and green are available, but it cannot be finished in white. ■Delivery Time (Varies by Quantity and Size) Approximately 1 week.
