■Outstanding Features The biggest advantage is that it can be processed at room temperature. The surface that is formed is harder compared to fluororesin, with a pencil hardness of about 8H. Therefore, it also has a certain level of wear resistance. The heat resistance of the film itself is 1200°C, making it suitable for use at high temperatures.

■Details of Processing Technology TNG Coating: A glass coating that cures at room temperature, made from a three-dimensional cross-linked siloxane structure. It is a room temperature curing surface treatment that improves release properties for not only metals but also rubber and resin materials. It has release properties equivalent to fluororesin coatings. After immersion in a tank, it is dried to form a thin film of 2-5μm. Since masking is possible, it can provide additional properties such as adhesion prevention and improved slipperiness only to the necessary areas. No volatile organic solvents (VOCs) are used. ■Processable Size The size of the treatment tank is 430W x 477H x 70L (mm). Processing will be within this range. For sizes larger than the above, consultation is required (consideration can be given based on a unique application method). ■Processable Weight It is up to 10kg. Depending on the shape, it may be possible to form a film on heavier objects. Please consult us. ■Base Material Processing is possible for most metal materials. It can also be processed for glass, rubber, and resin materials. ■Cautions Chemical resistance is similar to that of fluororesins. If the base material undergoes significant deformation, cracks may occur in the coating, leading to peeling. ■Delivery Time Approximately 10 days to 2 weeks.
