■Excellent Characteristics 1. Heat Resistance The continuous use temperature exceeds 1000°C. However, titanium oxide and chromium oxide are limited to 500°C. 2. Wear Resistance (Erosion and Cavitation Wear Resistance) - High Strength - High Density It possesses outstanding characteristics along with carbide metal spraying. It demonstrates excellent properties even in high-temperature and corrosive environments. 3. Corrosion Resistance - Durability It exhibits high performance in chemical resistance, solvent resistance, and ozone degradation resistance. Adhesion to Base Material The adhesion is also very excellent (this is also influenced by surface preparation). Additionally, it has excellent electrical insulation properties.

■Details of Processing Technology 1. The processing materials can be selected from six types according to the intended use: alumina (aluminum oxide), titanium oxide, alumina + titanium oxide, chromium oxide, zirconia + magnesium oxide, and alumina + zirconia. 2. The processing methods can be chosen from frame spraying, plasma spraying, and high-velocity frame (gas) spraying of ceramic powder. 3. The temperature applied to the material during processing is below 250°C (which has little effect on the material). 4. The materials that can be processed include iron and stainless steel. Other metals can also be processed, although there are constraints regarding shape and thickness; please consult us. 5. We also sell spraying equipment and special powder materials. ■Notes Ceramic materials have high hardness and low viscosity, making them weak against impacts and thermal shock, which can lead to cracking. Additionally, if there is a significant difference in the thermal expansion coefficients between the material and the coating, it may not be able to follow the expansion and contraction, leading to peeling or detachment. ■Delivery Time 2 weeks
