It performs high-speed shearing with excellent degassing in the twin-screw kneader, allowing for low-temperature extrusion through the low-speed rotation of the separated single-screw extruder, enabling the kneading and extrusion of materials such as biomass and biodegradable resins, resulting in a highly versatile and productive extruder.
