■Details of Processing Technology 1. This technology involves creating a rough surface on the base material through blasting, applying thermal spraying on that surface, and coating the concave areas (grooves) with a non-stick material (thermosetting silicon-based polymer). 2. The surface of the pre-ceramic coating is processed to have a rough texture. 3. The structure allows for the continuous supply of the embedded non-stick material to the surface. 4. Depending on the application, there are four types available: two types with thermal spraying (which also have wear resistance) and two types without thermal spraying, both of which are blast types. 5. For cleaning purposes, there are solvent-resistant types available if you use alcohols or organic solvents (some may not be compatible). ■Available Processing Sizes We can generally accommodate sizes up to 1800×1800×3500. However, this may vary depending on the shape, so please consult us separately for long or large items. *When processing large areas, color unevenness may become noticeable. ■Cautions In rare cases, the coating may not be completely non-stick against highly adhesive liquids. If you are considering it for highly adhesive liquids, please consult us in advance (we will confirm through sample provision, etc.).
