■Details of Processing Technology 1. Dymore coating is a hard chromium plating specifically for molds. It is a surface treatment technology that protects expensive molds and enhances the release properties of molded products. It has the same characteristics as Dychron coating. 2. The processing temperature is below 60°C, so there is little impact on the material, such as distortion. 3. Non-metallic elements are diffused into the material to electrically precipitate the coating layer, resulting in a dense film formation. ■Available Sizes for Processing Length: 300mm Width: 250mm Depth: 150mm (Consultation is required depending on the shape.
