Special Drill "Flow Drill"

Introducing tungsten special drills! They can process in one step without the need for a pilot hole!

The "Flow Drill" is a special drill that can perform burring processing on thin plates that cannot be tapped. It adopts a hot drilling process using friction heat. Since blind nuts and nut welding are not required, it helps to reduce assembly labor. Flow drilling can be performed on materials such as soft steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and special alloys. 【Features】 ■ Burring processing can be performed on thin plates that cannot be tapped ■ No need for a pilot hole; processing can be done in one step ■ Adopts a hot drilling process using friction heat ■ No need for blind nuts or nut welding ■ Helps to reduce assembly labor *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
