High-speed & high-precision steel pipe threaded joint foreign matter inspection device
It is a device that performs high-speed foreign object inspection of threaded joints such as steel pipes in various thread shapes.
This device is designed for the internal inspection of cylindrical workpieces with dimensions ranging from φ160 to φ300 × L400 mm. It is equipped with five cameras arranged around the circumference, allowing for a 360° inspection of the interior through a process of forward inspection, rotation, and return inspection. The inspection is conducted simultaneously with all five cameras moving at a speed of 500 mm/s while capturing images at a pitch of 10 mm (representative value), enabling real-time judgment.
