Additionally, by importing already PDF-ified contracts or contracts saved in Excel or Word into the "Anywhere Contract Cloud," you can manage them just like paper or electronic contracts. It also complies with the revised Electronic Bookkeeping Preservation Act that came into effect in January 2022 and has been certified by JIIMA (Japan Document Information Management Association) as software that meets the legal requirements of the Electronic Bookkeeping Preservation Act.
