It is an ice bank system plate rapid cooling device for raw milk. By passing milk from the milking device through the Plate Cooler, it is instantly cooled to 4°C and then fed into the bulk cooler. This is particularly effective during additional input. Since chilled milk is fed in, it can accommodate daily collection.
