Typically, cleaning is done with acidic water such as hypochlorous acid water, but there were issues with tube degradation and corrosion of metal parts. Unlike a typical facility with just one 20A, this project involved an entire building that was a dental clinic, so the nozzle was installed as the water supply piping at the outlet of the water tank. Immediately after water flow, the biofilm in the unit tube was detached, and by using the unit daily, the remaining biofilm gradually decreased, ultimately allowing the unit tube to be returned to a clear state. [Case Summary] ■ Issue: Tube degradation and corrosion of metal parts ■ After installation - Supply of ultra-fine bubble water became possible to 8 treatment rooms on the 2nd floor, 5 treatment rooms on the 3rd floor, all floor restrooms, and the disinfection room. - The unit tube was returned to a clear state. - Reattachment was hardly observed, maintaining a clean condition. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
