The warehouse should be properly organized with shelves, but it was only functioning at half capacity, and products were placed around the shelves, resulting in a situation that could not be described as clean and required improvement. In response, Kobatec created and proposed an improvement plan using rail-type movable shelves called "Sunrail (movable racks)" based on the current layout. The total number of shelves increased from 10 to 22 by using the rail system, resulting in a 2.2 times increase in stock. Even in a small warehouse, work efficiency improved significantly, and organization became possible.
