On October 1, 2004, Nabtesco Corporation absorbed its wholly-owned subsidiary, T.S. Corporation (formerly known as Teijin Seiki Co., Ltd.), and Nabco Ltd. The Living Environment Company has been manufacturing automatic doors in Japan since it was the first to do so, providing a variety of automatic doors for general buildings, special large doors for industrial use, and platform door systems that enhance comfort and safety at train stations. Nabco automatic doors are utilized in various living spaces, from office buildings, hospitals, and department stores to large facilities such as airports and amusement parks, as well as in industrial equipment like factories and waste treatment plants, all based on cutting-edge technology and reliable know-how. Furthermore, in response to contemporary needs, we have recently begun to develop products such as automatic doors with enhanced security features and sensors for automatic doors with expanded detection areas. We will continue to evolve our control technology and strive to provide automatic door systems that offer comfort, safety, and efficiency for everyone.
