Eco-friendly clinch fastening, no rivets needed, only air used, CO2 reduction.
Belhof RIVCLINCH
No rivets needed, power source is only air, no heat generated, excellent energy consumption reduction effect, low running cost clinching RIVCLINCH.
In the context of the demand for CO2 reduction, we propose a new mechanical fastening method called RIVCLINCH, which uses only air as a power source, generates no heat, and does not use rivets. By applying multiple points, it achieves comparable shear strength to spot welding and SPR. The only consumables are the die and punch at the tool tip. In Europe, it is commonly used for box-type fastenings in vending machines, control panels, ventilation systems, and more. It can be easily assembled by anyone, requiring no specialized skills. The tool also requires no complicated setup; you simply pull the trigger. Please give it a try.
