The rules regarding the obligation to report the results of asbestos preliminary investigations have been changed!
Before starting various equipment construction, for the establishment of new site offices, renovation work, demolition work, etc.!
Are you aware that the rules regarding the obligation to report the results of preliminary asbestos surveys have changed for construction projects that commenced on April 1, 2022? Contractors are required to conduct a preliminary survey to investigate the presence or absence of asbestos in accordance with the law, regardless of the scale of the project or the contract amount, when performing demolition or renovation work on buildings and structures. Furthermore, the preliminary survey for buildings must be conducted by a registered asbestos-containing building materials investigator or a member of the Japan Asbestos Survey and Diagnosis Association. Kinsoku also conducts "asbestos surveys." Please feel free to contact us if you need our services. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
