Potens is a Taiwan-based fabless manufacturer established in September 2012. We develop power semiconductor products, offering a wide range from 10V to 1500V voltage ratings. <10V to 100V rated MOSFETs> We have over 300 varieties, primarily focusing on CSP MOSFETs and Double Trench structure MOSFETs. <100V to 1000V rated> We offer over 500 varieties, including Double Trench structure MOSFETs, IGBTs, GaN, Super Junctions, and also have SiC SBDs. <Above 1000V rated> We have over 100 varieties, primarily focusing on SiC. We also have products that can serve as alternatives to those from domestic and international manufacturers, so please feel free to contact us if you need replacements due to EOL or other reasons.
