Our company offers a centralized control system (CCS: Concentrated Control System) aimed at minimizing tank inventory and optimizing logistics for large-scale manufacturing plants such as steelmaking, oil refining, and chemicals. We will unify the current three-tiered production management/inventory management system, including the lowest level DCS part, to create a centralized system. This will involve building an IoT communication and cloud-based database that consolidates all data from each tier into a single database. Using all data down to the lowest level plant data, we will calculate appropriate production plans through artificial intelligence (AI) and multivariable computation functions, allowing direct instructions to be given to the "control system = current state: DCS, referred to as CCS in this document," which is closest to the field.
