Attention beverage factories, feed producers, and inner bag suppliers! Easily solve problems such as inner bags swelling!
Are you having trouble with the inner bags of your FIBC (Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container) swelling due to fermentation gases or rising temperatures? In such cases, please try our gas release valve, the "Adhesive Valve." The usage is simple: just make a hole in the bag and attach it. When the internal pressure rises, the gas will escape, preventing bag rupture. Additionally, it prevents backflow from the atmosphere into the bag, which helps to avoid oxidation and deterioration of the contents. 【Product Usage Example】 ■ For inner bags during the production of fermented feed When using fruit pomace as feed, the bags previously used would swell, causing load collapse or bag rupture. By using our "Adhesive Valve," we were able to prevent load collapse and bag rupture. *We are offering free samples. For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
