The Hertz-free dryer is a tough air dryer that boasts one of the largest processing air volumes in the industry, capable of handling the same air volume at 50 and 60 Hz, and is designed to operate in hot surrounding environments. It can accommodate ambient temperatures from 2°C to 50°C and intake temperatures from 5°C to 80°C, allowing it to operate without triggering high-pressure cuts even in harsh temperature conditions. Additionally, compared to the conventional high-temperature intake compatible RAX-J-SE model, the processing air volume has increased by 11% to 23% (at 60 Hz), making it one of the largest in the industry. It also supports increased airflow from compressors, compatible with air compressors ranging from 22 kW to 75 kW, reducing the need to select a higher-class model. Since both 50 Hz and 60 Hz have the same processing air volume, model selection is straightforward, and it can accommodate domestic factory relocations. In addition to the normal mode, it features an energy-saving mode, contributing to carbon neutrality.
