We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Office 365" at Century 21 Japan. Previously, the company's email could not be used externally, so it was forwarded to company-issued smartphones. However, there were issues with usability, as reading or replying to forwarded emails did not synchronize with the email server. Therefore, we searched for a secure and highly convenient cloud-based email solution and implemented this product. As a result, employees can now operate their emails externally just as they do internally, with the ability to synchronize email history and unread/read statuses, greatly enhancing usability.
