Delivering good products from the first sample! Design and processing of various products using 3D CAD/CAM!
We would like to introduce the equipment owned by Shinko Engineering. The "3D/2D CAD/CAM" uses data formats such as IGES, STEP, X_T, and DXF. It is also possible to create three-dimensional models from sample products and design molds. The "EDM and wire-cutting machines" are equipped with representative manufacturers such as Mitsubishi Electric, Sodick, and Fanuc to leverage their unique characteristics, and we use them according to processing accuracy and quality. In addition, we also possess "high-speed NC machining" and "injection molding machines (MEIKI 200t)." 【Equipment Introduction (Partial)】 ■ 3D/2D CAD/CAM - Design and processing of various products - All parts are adjusted for fit and documented ■ High-speed NC Machining - The spindle rotates at a higher speed than typical NC machining - Capable of fine metal processing such as detailed engraving with a 0.3 mm cutting tool *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Shinko Engineering Co., Ltd. has been involved in the production of plastic molds alongside the development of the automotive industry in our hometown of Aichi Prefecture. Moving forward, we will leverage our experience and know-how to ensure quality and precision, while also aiming to enhance the speed and affordability of manufacturing, striving to create a company that brings dreams and hope to its employees. Currently, we are also accepting orders for prototypes (such as medical and everyday products). Additionally, we have participated in the development and commercialization of a security system for a bathing facility, stemming from a conversation with a furniture manufacturer’s president who has long wanted to create such a product. If you have concerns about product distribution or if you are in the early stages of wanting to develop or create such resin products, please feel free to consult with us. Let’s create together as development partners.
