New product of temperature detection sensor with code for detecting abnormal temperatures in various industrial equipment.
MTS-80 Space Works
Directly detect abnormal temperatures in industrial equipment with zero standby power and without the need for measuring instruments, and alert through alarms to prevent equipment damage and fires caused by ignition or explosions.
1. Various abnormal temperatures can be detected with zero standby power. (Eco technology) 2. By being able to detect various abnormal temperatures, inspection work and maintenance management can be carried out reliably and safely. 3. Abnormal temperatures of various industrial equipment and electrical devices can be monitored on a daily basis. 4. It can prevent ignition caused by abnormal temperatures of industrial equipment and electrical devices that could lead to a fire. 5. By using shape memory alloy (restoration) and wire (softening) to create a short circuit (contact) between the two wires, abnormal temperatures are detected and converted into a signal. [Set temperature 80°C] 6. It is a simple, easy, and highly accurate eco-technology product with zero standby power due to its switching function. 7. It can detect temperature and signal simultaneously, and the circuit configuration (switching function) is simple and low-cost. 8. Shape memory alloy has permanent memory, is rust-free, and retains its shape indefinitely once activated. 9. The operation is a physical action that does not require power, is free from malfunctions, and can be used swiftly and accurately for many years. 10. Temperature detection can be done directly without the need for measuring instruments. 11. It is non-resettable, allowing for confirmation after activation. (Once detected, it cannot be reactivated. The activated part can be deleted and reconnected.)

basic information
1. This is a product with a code connected to a temperature detection sensor. It is connected using crimp sleeves or connectors. 2. The temperature detection sensor is equipped with a shape memory alloy coiled around a thermally insulated wire. When the surrounding temperature reaches the set temperature (80°C), the wire softens, and the shape memory alloy constricts the wire (restores), short-circuiting the two wires to sense the temperature and detect it as a signal (no voltage/a contact). 3. By setting the temperature detection sensor to the abnormal temperature of the equipment, it can detect abnormal temperatures. In other words, by installing temperature detection sensors on various industrial and equipment devices, it can detect abnormal temperatures that may lead to equipment damage or fire. The abnormal temperature is set to the set temperature (80°C). 5. For example, when installed on various industrial and electrical equipment, if abnormal heat (abnormal temperature) occurs, the temperature detection sensor with a code will detect the abnormal temperature and notify through an alarm or similar device. 6. In this way, abnormal temperatures of various industrial and electrical equipment can be monitored continuously and routinely, allowing for early detection and initial response to prevent equipment damage or fire. Maintenance management is reliable and safe.
