We export Japanese food products to restaurants overseas. From rice from Hokkaido to Kagoshima black beef, we have a track record of handling fresh and processed foods from various regions of Japan. The types of restaurants include sushi, kaiseki, French, izakaya, ramen, and more. "We want to use wasabi from that farmer at our sushi restaurant," "We want to create dishes with fish processed using the Tsumoto method." Our role is to connect experts involved in Japan's food industry, such as farmers and fishery operators, with chefs overseas. It is deeply moving to see the ingredients we export actually become part of menus and to witness the reactions of those who eat them abroad. We ship every week via air transport and maritime transport (refrigerated/frozen containers). We also accept inquiries regarding the shipment of ingredients and transportation of supplies for restaurants expanding overseas.
