A measuring device that allows for easy and speedy measurement of resin pellets.
- This is a device that can automatically measure the shape of granular materials such as plastic pellets. - By simply placing the pellets in the measurement tray, you can easily measure length, major axis, minor axis, and projected area. - It can measure up to approximately 100 pellets simultaneously. - There is no need to align the pellets, so setup is hassle-free. - From the start of measurement, it displays histograms, measurement result images, and statistical information in as little as about 15 seconds. - The measurement results are generated in CSV format and can be saved to external memory. - By changing the background color, it can accommodate pellets of various colors. - It is also possible to measure transparent resins, which are difficult to capture the contours of. ◆ We also offer measurement tests using the actual device and rental of demo units.
