- It is a large machine with a maximum processing capacity of 3000 kg/h, suitable for inline bulk processing. - It detects foreign materials such as burns, black spots, discoloration, and contaminants in resin pellets using a camera, and removes them with an air ejector. - Equipped with a high-performance camera with a theoretical resolution of 40 μm, it can detect even the smallest black spots. - Thanks to our unique roller drop method, it can also sort flakes and crushed materials that are difficult to handle with a chute system. - It is compact compared to belt-type sorting machines and is designed for easy installation in existing lines. - We have a track record of deliveries to overseas factories with high production volumes. - You can choose between two types: WL for light-colored pellets and WT for both transparent and light-colored pellets. - The performance other than processing capacity is the same as WL for TS-7400L and WT for TS-7400T.
