When feeling the limitations of my own approach to environmental organization.
"I am trying to tackle it in my own way by looking at books, but I don't know what to do next..." "At first glance, it seems like the company is getting organized, but I feel like the clutter isn't decreasing..." "In the past, we had consulting from other companies, but it didn't stick as we hoped (it turned into an activity that people did reluctantly)." If you are a business owner facing such concerns, please make use of our ongoing consulting services. Let's identify the factors that are hindering the progress of environmental improvement and solve them together. We will take the time to support your employees so that they can think for themselves and enjoy working on environmental improvement and corporate culture enhancement. (The duration is from one year onwards.) *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

Company information
Our company is a training and consulting firm that not only improves safety, productivity, and comfort in corporate activities through "cleaning (organization and tidiness)" but also assists in transforming corporate organizations into a "self-reliant culture" and a "collaborative culture." We visit once or twice a month to combine meetings, lectures, on-site guidance, and specific instruction (practical training) on "organization, tidiness, and cleaning," supporting both the "maintenance of the internal physical environment" and the "transformation of organizational culture." Furthermore, our company prioritizes support for the president. In cases where "the president does not participate in training but sends employees to participate," we may decline support. This is because unless the president positions cleaning as a "management issue" and engages in it, the organizational culture will not change, even if the internal environment appears to be well-maintained. If the president feels that "the workplace is chaotic," "why does our company have so many things," or "why is there such a lack of leeway," then this is precisely the sign to engage in cleaning. We, at Soji Corporation, will assist in corporate reform that begins with the president's own self-transformation.
