We are a manufacturer of brass rods and aluminum extrusions located in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture. We have sales offices in Osaka and Tokyo, and we ship nationwide, primarily focusing on the Kansai and Kanto regions. We handle everything from cutting, drilling, and machining of materials for extrusions and drawn products. We manufacture in various cross-sectional shapes tailored to our customers' needs. Our brass rods are available from billet casting to hot extrusion processing, cold drawing, and parts machining. We also accommodate small quantities of aluminum extrusions. We have many general-purpose molds that do not incur extrusion mold technology fees. - For brass, we primarily stock C3604 flat bars (FB, flat bars). We offer various tempers, including C3604BE-F and C3604BD-F, as well as annealed options. - We specialize in producing shapes that are close to finished products. Please consider cost reduction. - For aluminum profiles, we have extrusion molds for materials such as A6063 in square, flat bars (FB, flat bars), angles, channels, round pipes, and square pipes (square tubes), as well as various sizes of extrusion dies for material A1070 flat bars, allowing us to produce with just material procurement. For the use of molds with other materials such as A6005C, please inquire individually.
