[Case Study on Lithium] 1-ton Reach Truck for a 24-Hour Operating Food Distribution Warehouse
Up to 8.7 hours of operation! By extending battery life, you can reduce battery costs.
We would like to introduce a case study of a 24-hour operational food distribution warehouse that we conducted, featuring a 1-ton reach truck. The forklift used is Nichiyu's "FBR10-80-300SF." Details of the maximum operating day show that it was discharged to about 70%, with a mid-charge recovery to 100%. The trend of the remaining charge (%) indicates that 40-50% of the capacity was used during 9 hours of operation per day. The related links below provide information on the operational status from June 16, 2021, to June 25, 2021, as well as calculations of lifespan. Please take a look. 【Measurement Overview】 ■ Forklift used: FBR10-80-300SF Nichiyu ■ Lead battery: VCF3A 201Ah 48V with spare battery available ■ Lithium-ion battery capacity: 280Ah 48V *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
