The height of the shuttle body is 125mm, allowing for effective use of space! A product lineup that can accommodate various temperature ranges: room temperature, refrigerated, and frozen!
The 3D Pallet Shuttle System (High-Density Storage System) is a system where the "3D Pallet Shuttle" moves freely in all directions within the rack to store goods. It can also move to different levels via a lift, creating a three-dimensional high-density storage system. 【3D Pallet Shuttle with Both Storage and Transport Functions】 In addition to its storage function as a rack, the "3D Pallet Shuttle" also has transport capabilities, serving as a substitute for forklifts and conveyors. 【Significant Increase in Storage Efficiency】 Compared to traditional rack systems, it significantly improves storage efficiency. Additionally, it greatly reduces the travel distance for forklift operators. It is also compatible with refrigerated and frozen warehouses.

Applications/Examples of results
The conventional shuttle rack system has constraints such as being suitable for a small variety of large quantities and first-in-first-out. The 3D pallet shuttle system (high-density storage system) is capable of handling a wide variety of small quantities and pinpoint picking, eliminating unnecessary handling. It can also be linked with ERP and WMS for inventory management.
Detailed information
-
The 3D pallet shuttle system (high-density storage system) does not require the running aisles of stacker cranes for each opening, unlike automatic warehouses. Similarly, the forklift pathways for each opening in the pallet rack are also unnecessary. As a result, the storage efficiency increases by approximately 1.5 times, allowing for high-density storage of products.
