A platform for visualizing equipment operational status.
"DBox" is software developed for small and medium-sized manufacturing companies that allows visualization of desired information in the cloud, such as Andon, Gantt charts, and aggregations, from data sent to the cloud. By connecting machines to a network, it is possible to know the status and operating conditions of the machines in real-time. The visualization of operating conditions enables the understanding of operating rates through numerical data, allowing for the discovery of issues and confirmation of improvement effects. 【Features】 ■ Easily grasped by simply attaching sensors to machines ■ Can be implemented at less than half the cost of major vendor systems ■ Only requires an operating indicator light, regardless of manufacturer or model year ■ Just attach sensors and view on a dedicated web page (no specialized personnel needed) ■ Specialized staff provide thorough support for improvements *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
