OneA Corporation manufactures poka-yoke products through consistent domestic production. We provide ARROW quality improvement tools to prevent human errors in various situations such as manufacturing and logistics. This time, we would like to introduce a case where our poka-yoke product, the Poka-Yoke Roll Shutter, was adopted in an automotive-related manufacturing site. [Challenge] Due to the repetitive nature of the same tasks in the manufacturing environment, picking mistakes often occurred, where workers accidentally retrieved the wrong parts. [Proposal] We proposed the Poka-Yoke product, the "Poka-Yoke Roll Shutter APG-RS3 Series."
