The ISI series is a control panel specifically designed for interlock control between doors. It offers five types based on the number of doors used, ranging from simple interlocks for two pairs of doors to complex configurations for up to eight pairs of doors, including options for 2 pairs, 4 pairs, 8 pairs, 16 pairs, and 32 pairs. Additionally, it allows for the configuration of door control methods on-site. ◇ Simple and practical design ◇ Utilizes a two-core cable that is compatible with various piping materials ◇ Electric lock signal lines feature one-touch connections via connectors ◇ Compatible with electric locks that are locked when powered, with specifications of 24V and 450mA or less, including Gremon handles, lever handles, and round knobs ◇ Optional metal conduits available for surface mounting ◇ Multiple control panels can be housed in a single box, maintaining a simple and practical design.

You can choose based on the installation situation. 【ISI-4 / ISI-8】 Interlock Control Panel Capable of Supporting Up to Eight Sets of Doors Complex interlocks with three or more sets can be easily configured on-site. It can also accommodate sudden changes in settings and remains very compact even for multiple units. By using dedicated optional terminals, it can handle complex interlocks for multiple units, including automatic doors. The ISI-4 and ISI-8 allow for easy on-site configuration with a dip switch (patent obtained). 【ISI-16 / ISI-32】 Interlock Control Panel Capable of Supporting Up to Thirty-Two Sets of Doors Complex interlocks with up to 32 sets can also be easily configured on-site. By using dedicated optional terminals, it can handle complex interlocks for multiple units, including automatic doors. *Note: ISI-4, ISI-8, ISI-16, and ISI-32 are only available in exposed types.

Additionally, even if we are out of stock, we do not use PLCs that are prone to supply shortages, so there is currently no situation of "indefinite delivery due to parts supply shortages" (as of July 2022).

Various ways to utilize it! Interlock control like this is also possible. ◇Air Conditioning Unit Interlock with indoor air conditioning units that control air pressure management. In rooms where the air conditioning is controlled to maintain a constant "air pressure" indoors, opening the door causes a drop in pressure, prompting the air conditioning unit to increase its output to compensate for the pressure difference. By sending a signal (door open signal) indicating "the door is open" from the door to the control panel and then to the air conditioning unit, we can prevent the output from increasing when the door opens. When the door closes, a signal (door closed signal) is sent to return to normal control. Interlock control to prevent excessive operation due to door opening and closing is also possible. ◇AGV Interlock control essential for factory automation where unmanned transport vehicles can open doors by themselves. ◇Timer Interlock control with a timer function to absolutely protect the cleaning space (clean room). ◇Gremon Lock Detects insufficient tightening of the Gremon lock! Notifies with a lamp or buzzer to prevent being locked in with interlock control. ◆Options ISI-L2, ISI-AD1, adapter box for air locks, etc. We also undertake wiring work for control panels!
