We would like to introduce a case where a memo pad made from star dust and a writing paper were used to revitalize the community. As part of the town's revitalization efforts, we branded it as "Japan's Best Starry Sky" and took action to protect the best starry sky in Japan with the participation of all villagers. The tourism bureau produces brochures for public relations each season, but they were discarding the leftover brochures each season. As the first step in undertaking activities as a town-wide initiative, we created original recycled paper from the tourism bureau's brochures.
