We have further evolved artificial sand made from spinel crystals for use in 3D printers for casting sand molds. "Nice Beads SA" is adjusted for phenolic resin and, through our unique technology, achieves overwhelmingly fast curing and high cleanability (sand release) in 3D printer layered molding. It is provided as a "sand mold kit" that allows for the creation of sand molds simply by 3D printing. It possesses excellent characteristics as casting sand, and the uncured sand can be reused as is.
