[Example] Powder Measurement and Inversion Feeding Unit

Connect a dust collector to the dust hood! It collects the dust that rises during powder loading.

We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "Powder Measurement and Inversion Feeding Unit" and delivered it to the food industry. This set includes a hopper with a dust collection hood, a dust collector, a receiving container, a scale, a cart, a lid for inversion feeding, and a lifter. The dust collection hood is connected to the dust collector to capture the dust that rises during powder feeding. The hopper and receiving container are connected with a polyester chute (fabric), and a stainless steel cover and receiving tray are installed on the top of the scale. There is an air intake at the bottom of the receiving container for inversion feeding. 【Usage Instructions】 ■ Feed materials into the hopper with the dust collection hood. ■ Measure the materials accumulated in the receiving container at the bottom of the hopper using the scale installed underneath the container, then store them. ■ Replace the lid of the receiving container with the lid for inversion feeding (with a valve). ■ Use the lifter to invert the receiving container and feed the materials into the sifter. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Other cases can be viewed from the "PDF Download" section.
