Automatic Measurement System for Cargo Dimensions, Weight, and Volume 'CARGOMETER'
Accurate measurements by machines are possible! Measure the size and weight of cargo more safely, accurately, and quickly than ever before.
The "CARGOMETER" is a system that measures cargo during transport using 3D scanning, capable of measuring dimensions (length × width × height) and volume up to a maximum size of 1500×1500×2000mm (L×W×H). It weighs the cargo using sensors from a fork scale attached to a forklift. It automatically recognizes two-dimensional barcodes, such as QR codes on the cargo, eliminating the need for manual scanning. Additionally, it features an automatic report generation function, reducing the effort required for report creation. By utilizing multi-sensors, it can measure the weight, dimensions, barcode, photos, and records of the cargo all in "one second." 【Features】 ■ Measurement possible while traveling at 10 km/h ■ Can be used to distinguish individual cargo items ■ Utilizes multi-sensors ■ Reduces the travel distance of the forklift compared to before *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
