A tunnel repair method that does not use any fluorocarbons! All materials and equipment can be loaded onto a 4-ton truck.
This technology is a polyurethane injection method for tunnel backfill repair that takes the environment into consideration and excels in workability. The injection equipment is very compact, and the filling material is transported in a liquid state, occupying about 1/40 to 1/12 of its volume after foaming, allowing all necessary materials to be loaded onto a single 4-ton truck. It can foam and cure even in areas where water has accumulated, making it effective for groundwater stoppage. Additionally, no chlorofluorocarbons, which contribute to ozone layer depletion and global warming, are used in the foaming agent. 【Features】 ■ Excellent workability ■ Lightweight ■ Cost-effective ■ Environmentally friendly ■ Can foam and cure even in areas where water has accumulated, effective for groundwater stoppage *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

【Other Features】 ■ Achilles Aeron-R (foamed urethane) has a very fast reaction curing time of about 1 minute, which reduces the risk of material leakage from cracks and other issues. ■ Even with a low-density foam that expands 40 times, there is almost no expansion or contraction after injection filling. ■ Since it is delivered to the site in liquid form (in drums), transportation costs are also minimized. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
