We would like to introduce a case study of the "Bed Entry and Exit Information Sharing System" for nursing and caregiving facilities. We received a request from our customer stating, "We want a system that notifies nurses and caregivers when patients or residents leave their beds at night, as there is a risk of falling from the bed." In response, we collaborated with another company to develop a system where sensors embedded in the bed detect when a patient leaves the bed, and an alert is displayed on the smartphone held by the nurse. The alert is triggered immediately upon the patient getting out of bed, allowing information to be received quickly from anywhere within the facility.
