Released from the inspection work of the distribution valve! Manage the operation count of the distribution valve collectively with the monitoring box!
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Wired Monitoring System" handled by Hirokazu Co., Ltd. Inspecting multiple distribution valves scattered at high locations of large transport equipment such as unloaders and stacker reclaimers is dangerous and labor-intensive. Most distribution valves are installed at the top of the equipment, making it impossible to check the indicator rods due to rust and dirt. Therefore, all distribution valves were replaced with limit switch-equipped distribution valves, and the wiring of the limit switches was consolidated into a monitoring box to display the number of times the indicator rods operate. The counter is battery-operated, eliminating the need to draw new power. 【Case Overview】 ■ Introduced Product: Wired Monitoring System ■ Benefits - Early detection of malfunctioning areas through efficient lubrication monitoring - Prevention of accidents before they occur - Leads to labor savings *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
