The Polytech PT "Thermal Conductive Gap Filler" is available in two types: one-component non-curing and two-component curing. Both are non-adhesive, allowing for the removal and recovery of lithium-ion batteries. ■ One-component non-curing type: Viscosity without separation, spillage, or shifting. Being a one-component product makes it easy and economical. ■ Two-component curing type (mixing ratio 10:1): Since it cures, there is zero concern about pump-out. The viscosity can be reduced, improving application properties. ■ Non-adhesive: Because it has no adhesive properties, it allows for the removal and recovery of lithium-ion batteries. ■ Continuous use temperature range (-40 to 150°C): Customers wishing to use it temporarily outside this temperature range are encouraged to contact us. ■ We will propose solutions considering material properties, cost-effectiveness, and application properties based on customer custom requirements. *For more details, please refer to the materials.
