basic information
How should data related to materials, such as company-specific materials and test data, be optimally stored within the company? Are there issues like folders accessible only within the department, bloated Excel files, paper-based documents, unsearchable PDFs, or formats that are difficult for other departments to utilize? For example, if the development department needs certain data and could utilize existing test data within the company but ends up requesting new material tests because they couldn't find it, what happens? Or if the design department unknowingly uses materials that the procurement department has prohibited for some reason and completes the design? Not being able to quickly find necessary data wastes time and resources and leads to delays in development. The Integrator will solve the data management issues.
