The "TUV SERIES" is a flow velocity meter that utilizes the propagation of ultrasound in rivers. The flow velocity is measured by the difference in the time it takes for ultrasound emitted from upstream and downstream to propagate, which is affected by the flow, and after being input into the flow meter converter, it is output as a serial signal.
