The cream solder (solder paste) used in the implementation factory of the substrate, when opened, causes the solvent to evaporate over time, leading to a decline in the performance of the paste. Therefore, to prevent solder defects, it is discarded after a certain period. This device is a joint development by Tohoku University, Electronic Implementation.com, and our company. It regenerates the containers after cleaning and reuses the extracted metal powder as solder again.
