Water-absorbent special filter material for the shipping industry: "Fuji Aqua Con Cartridge"
Absorbs and removes moisture in oil down to 2 ppm, contributing to the stable operation of hydraulic systems. Also suitable for the removal of solid foreign matter.
The "Fuji Aqua Con Cartridge" is a cartridge filter that can strongly absorb and remove free water and emulsified water contained in hydraulic oil and lubricating oil. It is available in two types with filtration precision of 1μm and 5μm, and can handle fluids up to approximately 100cst. It helps prevent oil oxidation, rust in tanks, and wear or seizure due to oil film breakdown. Additionally, we offer portable filter units with pumps. This contributes to improving the efficiency of quality control for lubricating oil and hydraulic oil onboard. 【Features】 ■ Capable of removing free water in oil to below 2ppm ■ Can remove approximately 3000cc of water with one unit (under constant fluid viscosity and flow rate) ■ Also supports the removal of solid foreign substances *For more details, please refer to the product catalog available for download in PDF format.
