Achieved the lightest weight in Japan at 5.8 kg for the 1111 size with a single-sided 4-way stretch!

The "Palette D4-1111-17" is an ultra-lightweight pallet suitable for one-way use such as exports. Being made entirely of plastic, it does not require fumigation treatment during export, and recycling is easy. Despite its ultra-lightweight design, it is a recommended pallet with a dynamic load capacity of 1000 kg (after anti-collapse measures), allowing it to be used just like before. (However, a static load of 2000 kg is recommended.) The upper part of the fork entry is designed with a flat shape to reduce damage from fork tines during loading and unloading operations. There are a total of four openings for securing stretch film, one on each left corner beam of the sides. Additionally, there are a total of eight anti-slip grooves for PP bands or similar, two near each entry point, enabling various packaging solutions to prevent load collapse, thus achieving reduced working time and safe loading and unloading. The corners of each beam are chamfered, which helps prevent bag breakage when stacking pallets on top of irregular items (especially paper bags).
